Niko Fagernäs
Niko Fagernäs has extensive experience in the investment industry across both listed and unlisted markets.
Niko has been actively involved involved in the investment activities of family company Hermitage Oy for over a decade.
In 2012, Niko joined Taaleri and eventually became responsible for Taaleri’s equity strategy and allocation portfolios.
During his time at Taaleri, Niko also managed Taaleri’s Alternatives fund and the Uusi Eurooppa fund focused on European technology stocks.
Niko has board experience in the startup sector, including the role of chairman of the board. Niko is valued as a sparring partner in equity market and business development matters.
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick.
In his free time, Niko can often be found playing video games or at concerts.
