Johan Elfvengren

Johan Elfvengren (M.Sc. Econ.) brings to Proprius broad experience in addressing a wide range of client needs in asset management.

Before joining Proprius, Johan served as Investment Director at Nordea’s Institutional Investments team, where he was responsible for managing institutional client assets. Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of roles across asset management, giving him a broad perspective on both markets and client needs.

As a former ice hockey player, Johan believes in perseverance, discipline and continuous development — qualities that are also highly valuable in investing. He gained his academic foundation in finance at Turku School of Economics.

Johan is known as a positive and sociable person who emphasizes the importance of work ethic in everything he does.

In his free time, Johan enjoys sports and can most likely be found at the gym, out running or on the golf course.
